Four Managing Directors make up SGI Securities’ ESG Committee, which supports the firm's commitment to responsible and sustainable investing. The ESG Committee oversees the firm's ESG policy implementation, reviews pre-close ESG findings, discloses any material issues to internal and external investors, and manages ESG training for deal team members to ensure that the firm is aligned on responsible investment priorities informed by the PEGC Guidelines for Responsible Investment and the UN Principles on Responsible Investing.
